Situated within the former Brooke Bond Tea factory on Bristol's Harbourside, The Atelier has a raw, industrial style. Whether you are looking for a studio to shoot your latest production or you are hosting a screening event to showcase your company, Picture This can provide a unique and distinctive space.

The Atelier offers a reception room joining a main space of over 104m² with exceptional 7m high curved ceilings and cast concrete floors. It is daylight free, which makes lighting 100% controllable, enabling you to create the environment and ambience to perfectly suit your event. This versatile space is fully adaptable to any set or decoration and has a maximum capacity of 200.

The Atelier can be hired either as an empty space or during exhibitions, providing an original backdrop and a stimulating discussion point for a variety of events. This spacious and distinct setting can accommodate drinks receptions, seminars, presentations and parties.

Our central location makes The Atelier a convenient meeting place. In the heart of Spike Island, it is surrounded by creative businesses such as Aardman Animations, Spike Island Studios and Works|Projects Gallery, and is close to other major attractions and venues such as SS Great Britain, Arnolfini and the soon to open Museum of Bristol.

In addition, Picture This offers a full range of audio visual equipment including projectors, speakers and screens, which are available for hire at competitive rates. This includes a set-up fee and technical support from an experienced member of staff. Catering and furniture can be arranged on your behalf.

Discounts are available for charities and not for profit organizations. The space is not available for private exhibitions.
